Breach of ICANN policy The ICANN Registration Accreditation Agreement (RAA) states in section 5.5.2.1.3 that accreditation as a Registrar can be terminated if the Registrar is found to have 'permitted illegal activity in the registration or use of domain names'. The agreement also dictates that recorded WHOIS data must be accurate. As such we request that you review the WHOIS data in relation to the domain name(s) and consider suspension of the domain(s) on the basis of inaccurate information. 5.
