ORDER
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint [ECF No. 44], in which
Plaintiffs identify themselves as Jane Doe No. 1, Jane Doe No. 2, and Jane Doe No. 3. Under
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 10(a), a “complaint must name all the parties.” “Public access
to [a plaintiff’s identity] is more than a customary procedural formality; First Amendment
guarantees are implicated when a court decides to restrict public scrutiny of judicial
proceedings.” Doe v. Stegall, 653 F.2d 180, 185 (5th Cir. Unit A Aug. 1981). By September 11,
2020, Plaintiffs shall file a Fourth Amended Complaint identifying their real names or move for
leave to proceed anonymously.
