COVID-19 COURT HOUSE SAFETY STANDING ORDER
MEASURES

 

 

Following the declaration of a Judicial Emergency by the South Dakota Supreme Court,
it is hereby .

ORDERED the Second Circuit Court effective Wednesday, April 3, 2020, will
implement the following immediate steps to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, to remain in
effect until further Order: I

All members of the public entering a Second Circuit Courthouse shall wear protective
facial coverings such as a mask, scarf, bandana or other cloth which covers the nose and mouth,

during the time that such individuals are present in the Courthouse.
