The audience are a fiercely driven generation, looking for a job that enables them to make a difference – driven by a fundamental human need to feel like what we do matters. While employment levels are high, the ability to do something that feels like it really matters is a rare privilege for the few. There’s a clear opportunity for the Army within this as a democratiser of opportunity for a generation that might feel they have been short changed, offering everyone the opportunity to do something that really matters – to them, to others around them, to the country, and to the world.
