When I sent you the LP budget materials in January,
you responded by suggesting that we also prepare
an income statement and be ance sheet, and that we
devote effort to new literature.

What I am working towards is a flexible budgeting

system allowing weekly cost control performance reports.
I am not done with it, but will be happy to provide an
illustration of it when complete. I expect that beginning
with the FEC quarter starting in April, it will be
operational.

The enclosed report to the officers should describe
the progress we're making in organization and in
improved services. I hOpe you find it of interest.
