Below is a reminder of the NFL Ticket Exchange delivery and fulfillment policies. Please pay
special attention to the teams and delivery options in each category.

Category A Teams - TicketFast delivery is REQUIRED. Inventory is displayed
on the NFL Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster and may be subject to price floors and
ceilings.

Orders will be automated until 3 hours prior to game time, so you must work your system order
queue up until that time. Any sales that occur less than 3 hours to game time will require special
handling by our Customer Care team.
For TicketFast orders, barcodes must be entered within 48 hours of the order being
received. All tickets will be validated and barcodes will be reissued. Shipping or emailing
tickets is not permitted for this delivery method.
If you are posting tickets for weekend events, you are expected to be open for business Saturday
and Sunday. If you will not be available to confirm an order, you must remove your inventory.

Category B Teams – Shipping/Special Handling Only. Inventory is displayed
on the NFL Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster. There are no price floors and ceilings.
