'We have a good friend and suppo?er running for President on the Democratic ticket, He?s been
the Governor of Arkansas for 12 years and? done an excellent job overall and, in my opinion,?is by
far the best Democratic candidate in the ?eld among those who have announced. their intention,

As you know his wife,- Hillary Clinton, has been on our board for ?ve. years and is an outstanding
lawyer and person as well. She?s been a great addition to our Y\r?Vtil?lvlart family, placing particular
emphasis on our environmental. program, minorities, as well as being a most active and involved
board member; Bill and Hillary Clintonwill make a very effective team for the Democratic Party
with their combined talents. My personal position, as Bill knows, is that I will support him every
way possible in his campaign to become the Democratic nominee for President. of the (1.3., but I
. would vote for George Bush and the Republican Party if it were a runoff between those two.

Iwomd also like to point out that Governor Clinton was very instrumental in. helping us initiate
and maintain our very 'e?ectiVe Buy Arnerican. campaign which has brought thousands of jobs back
to the USA, Moreover, and 'a very important issue, is that he believes andknows how our Walv
Mart partnership. works, ,o'ur pro?t sharing, our Support in our communities. across this lead, our
environmental stands, and above all, he is supportive and appreciates the free enterprise system
and has observed ?rst hand the Wal~Mart and way of keeping oar priees?low?for' milliOris of
Americans. and maintahiing a partnership relationship with our, associates, shareholder's,
customers and vendors. - . 

In ray-opinion, also, if he ever should be elected President, he has the ability to serve our
country quite well in that capacity, .
