We received your request in our FOIA Of?ce via US. Certi?ed Mail on November 20, 2014. You requested "the text messages, Blackberry messenger chats and SMS messages sent or received by the following employees or the person currently holding the named position from November 2, 2014 to November 8, 2014: Fred P. Hochberg, Chairman and President Scott P. Schloegel, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff Bradley Carroll, Senior Vice President, Communications Erin Gulick, Senior Vice President, Congressional Affairs Gaurab Bansal, Deputy Chief of Staff. We conducted a comprehensive search of the ?les within the Of?ce of Resource Management, Of?ce of the Chief Information Of?cer, IT Security and Systems Assurance for records that would be responsive to your request. This is the component within Ex-Im Bank in which responsive records could reasonably be expected to be found. The search produced the attached records. The messages for Fred P. Hochberg and Gaurab Bansal are partially releasable. Any redactions are accompanied by the corresponding FOIA exemption: FOIA Exemption 6 exempts from disclosure personnel or medical ?les and similar ?les the release of which would cause a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Also, in regards to the messages for Bradley Carroll and Erin Gulick, we were unable to locate or identify any responsive records. In addition, the messages for Scott P.
