This email is to advise that Markson Sparks has exclusive representation of
the footage that Feidin Santana filmed of the alleged murder by the police
officer Michael Slager of Walter Scott.

The period of Fair Use of this footage has now expired and all further use of
the footage requires licensing through Markson Sparks.

This email serves to advise that you should cease and desist use of the
footage immediately.

To license Mr Santana's footage of the shooting of Walter Scott in the
upcoming weeks for the pretrial hearing, during the course of the trial and on
an ongoing basis for future use (up to 2 years) please contact Max Markson
