This is in response to your request dated April 07', 2015 under the Freedom of
Information Act seeking access to all complaints against Rightseorp or DigitalRights in
accordance with the FGIA and ageney poliey, we have searched our records as of April DE, 2015,
the date we received your request in our FDIA of?ce.

We have located approximately 29 responsive complaints that eonsumers have made to
the Federal Trade Commission 1t'ou should know that the enclosed complaints have
not necessarily been veri?ed by the FTC. Therefore, you should melt: your own judgment about
relying on The information provided- I am denying access to consumers? names and addresses,
and any other identifying information found in the complaints. This information is exempt ?'om
release under FCIIA Exemption 6. 5 {ti ??ltbitfm, because individuals" right to privacy
outweighs the general pnblieis interest in seeing personal identifying information. See The Lottie
Firm v. FTC, 352 F.3d ll22 {Tilt Cir. 2053].
