SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Eliminating Pornog-

5 raphy from Agencies Act’’.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON ACCESSING PORNOGRAPHIC WEB

SITES FROM FEDERAL COMPUTERS.

(a) PROHIBITION.—Except as provided in subsection

9 (b), not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment
10 of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and

1 Budget shall issue guidelines that prohibit the access of
2 a pornographic or other explicit web site from a Federal
3 computer.

(b) EXCEPTION.—The prohibition described in sub-

5 section (a) shall not apply to any Federal computer that
6 is used for an investigative purpose that requires accessing
7 a pornographic web site.
