However, the customer made significant changes to the account, including upgrading the TV channel package, adding speciality services and taking advantage of pay per view movies, none of which were not part of the original promotional offer. A $150 early termination fee was also applied to the account when Ms. D’Croix cancelled her services before the end of her contract term.
